FES is happy to provide our clients with PDF forms in a fillable format as part of your existing SOCS license agreement. To use these “generic” forms, you will need to save the form to your hard drive/network and use Insert Local file to add them to an article or link from a button. Once available on your SOCS site, your staff or the general public may enter information and print the results.

Do you have forms that might be of interest to other SOCS clients? Send us a copy in the original format (i.e.: Word) and we’ll see if we can turn them into a fillable PDF format and post them to the Forms Library.
