SOCS Support

The Client Services staff provides assistance for SOCS. Client Services participates in varying aspects of SOCS including design, development, testing, software support, training and SOCS User Group meetings.

Our primary goal is to ensure SOCS meets the needs of our clients and the service they receive is prompt, courteous and professional.

Client Services is available Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. 
Emergency phone support is available from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday - Friday, and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

24-hour access to the online support and reporting system:
Trouble Ticket

An electronic support ticketing system is accessible 24/7/365 for any designated SOCS user.
